[NEWS] Yoo Seung Ho Confirmed as the Male Lead of SBS Monday-Tuesday Drama "Bok-Soo's Back" (Literal and Working Title)

Some information about the drama:

On September 3^rd, the representative from SBS said, “Yoo Seung Ho confirmed as male lead of SBS new Monday-Tuesday drama “Boksoo has Returned"/ "Bok-Soo's Back" (literal and working title) which will take over the time slot previously occupied by "Fox Bride Star””

“Bok-Soo's Back” is a fun and healing romance school drama about Kang Bok Soo who experienced twisted life. He was expelled from school because he was falsely accused of school bullying/ violence. He wants to come back to school for revenge when he becomes an adult, but he gets caught up in unexpected case.

Kang Bok-Soo wants to get revenge to his first love, Son Soo Jung and the school chairman's son, Oh Se Ho who made him got expelled from school. He comes back to Seolsong High School, but because of the change of the school environment  he can't find his past status as the school hero. Sometimes the character is serious, and sometimes goofy.

A representative from SBS Drama HQ confidently said, "Yoo Seung Ho's good nature, pleasant appearance, and optimistic character are very similar to Kang Bok-Soo's character. Kang Bok-Soo comes back to be the little hero of Seolsong High School, but the school is no longer a place of love and romance. How will it be, when Yoo Seung Ho show the image of an old and dumb-head returning student? Yoo Seung Ho will be able to show the charm of this ruined little hero."

Meanwhile, the writer of drama "Book-Soo's Back" (literal and working title) is rookie writer, Kim Yoon Yeong and the PD is Ham Joon Ho (co- PD of drama "Wok of Love"). It's scheduled to be aired in December 2018.

Seems like it's an interesting drama and character. My wish to see Seung Ho in high school uniform will come true. Who's the female lead? We will know soon. Although I hope it's So Hyun, but if it's not her, I hope he will work with a good actor and actress.
