Even though he didn't have SNS account, he communicate with fans on his official fancafe. But since there was something happened that made him couldn't do the same thing (his fancafe isn't an official fancafe anymore 😢), he decided to create an SNS account (he chose instagram and san also created an official email (san_ent@naver.com)).
So, it's not that he changed or something, it's for his fans, for us. It's because he wants to keep communicating with us, because for Seung Ho fans are everything.
