In Ruler post interview, when he was asked if he would like to date KSH, he just said that he felt like a criminal (because KSH was still a minor) and he said thanks to us (shyshy shipper and shyshy couple supporters)....
But this time, he made it clear that it was just an acting. Part of his job as an actor. It's already disappeared. It's mingyu feeling for jiah, not seungho real feeling. Because if it's a real feeling, it wouldn't disappeared easily just because the drama was end. It's just because he was immersed into his character.
Also, he said clearly that there is nothing between him and CSB.

just wants to focus on his hobbies which is apparently racing cuz he enjoys

You should have just focused with your couple instead of mentioning his other co-star. This blog was created for Yoo Seung Ho and Kim So Hyun as a couple and individual (because we love them as a couple and individual. And shyshy shippers always support their projects). Because I created this blog after Ruler ended (specifically after YSH decided to join IANAR), I wanted to analyze YSH and KSH gestures and interactions with their other co-stars after Ruler without any restrictions to give my “based on fact opinions”, so is an up-to-date facts.
